Top employers highly rate 360 feedbackUK Employers praise the value that 360 degree feedback can bring to an organisation.The results of research by a marketing consultancy firm that polled HR executives employed in businesses featured in the Sunday Times top 100 Best Places to Work.Many of the people asked said it was particularly valuable for positively encouraging modifications in behaviour and practice, especially amongst staff working at a senior level. site 360 appraisal is used to give a comprehensive view of performance, with feedback coming from a multitude of directions including colleagues, patrons and the staff member themselves.One Sunday Times company is reported as saying that eight years ago the firm was lacklustre and underperforming in its sector. Now it was ahead of the sector after initiating a collective 360 process.It also said it was endeavouring to improve and everyone appreciates the exposed and sometimes undisclosed feedback, and spent time deciding how best to act in response.The analysis also found 360 feedback is mostly implemented for staff development.
